SGCT does the overall project development with regards to technical matters and the economic feasibility. That starts with the project definition for capacities and products followed by the technology requirements. The budget and time planning is prepared with a basic engineering package conducted. This includes an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

 

Combined with the market data and the input costs a result of the profitability and pay- back time is calculated. SGCT can provide product buy- back agreements and access to the worldwide markets.

 

Key success factor of any project is a reliable supply chain from the raw material production (farming and harvested crop) through processing in a factory until the sales & marketing of the product including all logistics involved. The most efficient management methods and technologies should be applied.

 

All projects have strong local conditions in all of the above aspects which have to be accounted for.  Especially the management and technical staff has to be carefully selected and trained for the operations of the farm and factory.

All stakeholders of the project (local and foreign) will evaluate their capabilities and contribute their part to the company during establishment and operation.

 

Throughout the timeline of the project planning, implementation and the first years of operation the project is supervised by our expert staff, depending on the requirements. A Technical Managment agreement can be offered for the initial phase of operation.
